We are pleased to announce the commencement of construction to the Lyford Commerce Park, located on Western Road, complementing the 100,000 square foot Lyford Storage facility now nearing completion. The Park consists of 2 Retail buildings with a center Courtyard for outdoor dining and special events, 4 Lofts and 2 Flex Warehouse buildings.

  

Retail Bays are 1450 square feet with 10 foot open ceilings and covered walkways. Direct loft access is available for additional space. Impact door and windows, with operable plantation shutters throughout, provide hurricane protection as well as added security.

The 1350 square foot Lofts have spacious dormers with pleasant views and direct, exterior entry access. They are ideal for professional use. Each Flex Warehouse has a heavy-duty overhead door, walk door and provision for electrical and internet. A restroom is conveniently located for Tenant use.
